Bonika Wilson is an advocate for change. She has served in many roles and has a diverse background, however, change management has been consistent in each role.  Wilson supports diversity and inclusion strategies for organizations with a specific focus on community relations, corporate culture, workforce, minority, women, and multicultural marketplaces. Her extensive work with people management is rooted in the belief that identification of strengths, talents and abilities is the essence of inspiring optimal performance in teams. Her work includes developing dynamic and highly functional teams through leadership training, coaching, diversity and inclusion. Bonika helps businesses and organizations successfully navigate change to achieve optimum results. Bonika is President of WCM Firm Incorporated. Before joining Invest Atlanta, she led business development in Georgia and the Carolinas. With over 20 years of experience in guiding business through complex and organizational challenges, coupled with Bonika’s background in banking and financial services, she has afforded organizations long term and sustainable results. Prior to WCM Firm Inc., Bonika spent over fourteen years in the financial service sector, including serving as senior vice president for one of the largest US Banks. Bonika received her BA from Virginia State University and MA in Organizational Behavior / Human Resources Development from George Washington Graduate School of Education and Human Development. Bonika has also received Diversity and Inclusion certification from Cornell University.
